You can request account restoration and investigation through the app. Important Notes ・This app is available even to those without a Docomo mobile phone contract. ・It can be used via either mobile data connection or Wi-Fi connection. ・If you do not have a d-account, please create one from "New Registration" to use the app. ・This app is pre-installed on Android devices purchased from Docomo. It is not possible to install/update this app from the Play Store. *If you are using Galaxy S26 SC-51G, S26+ SC-52G, S26 Ultra SC-53G, Galaxy Z Flip8 SC-55G, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra SC-56G, or Galaxy Z Fold8 SC-57G, the update may be displayed as available depending on the device specifications, but it is not available. Please be aware of this in advance.
